- Start by following the Mid-Bay Bridge North to Niceville.
- Then, turn left on John Sims Parkway / Highway 20 and proceed.
- Then, take U.S. Highway 85 North through Crestview.
- Arrive at Heritage Plantation.
From Interstate (I-10)
- Take the Crestview exit.
- Travel north on Highway 85 from Crestview until, in the treetops ahead, you see the pinnacle of a white obelisk. This amazing structure, a small-scale replica of the Washington Monument rising from a lake, is the centerpiece of the community’s entrance.
- Arrive at Heritage Plantation.
